One room, four desks

A year ago we moved into a small studio in the centre of Sofia. One room, four desks, a long wall for pinning up work and a coffee machine that has seen too much.

What we learned

Being in the same room changed how we work. Feedback happens in minutes instead of days, and every project gets looked at by everyone. We shipped more this year than ever before, and we did it without growing the team.
